§ 01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between zb77 ("zb77", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided through the zb77 website at zb77.one and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

zb77 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under an international gaming license. Our primary market is Pakistan, and our services are made available in English to eligible users across the country including but not limited to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, and Peshawar.

By accessing the zb77 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the zb77 platform.

§ 02 Definitions

The following terms used throughout this Agreement carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the zb77 website, mobile interface, and all services accessible via zb77.one.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the zb77 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's zb77 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering incentives awarded by zb77 under specific promotional terms.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" means any territory from which zb77 accepts Player registrations and does not restrict access under its licensing conditions.
• "Know Your Customer" (KYC) refers to zb77's identity and age verification process applied to Player accounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of zb77 including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or regulatory actions.

§ 03 Eligibility

To register and use a zb77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account use.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting services are not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
3. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
4. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on zb77 or any affiliated platform.
5. You have not previously had a zb77 account closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or associate of zb77, nor a close family member of any such person.

§ 04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the zb77 Platform. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers are used — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any material changes.

zb77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

§ 05 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zb77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time codes associated with two-factor authentication. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

zb77 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from zb77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to zb77 support immediately.

• You must notify zb77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• zb77 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
• zb77 may temporarily freeze an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
• You must not allow any other individual — including family members — to access your zb77 account.

§ 06 Deposits & Payments

zb77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. zb77 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits into your account from a third-party payment source, is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your zb77 account balance in Pakistani Rupee (PKR).
• zb77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.
• Deposits made in error may be subject to processing fees upon reversal where these are levied by the payment provider.
• zb77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming obligations or at the request of the account holder.

§ 07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at zb77 are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit on the account where operationally possible. Where multiple deposit methods have been used, zb77 will determine the appropriate withdrawal routing at its reasonable discretion.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. zb77 may require additional verification for withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawal requests submitted without completed KYC may be delayed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200.
• zb77 targets withdrawal processing within two (2) minutes of approval; actual transfer times depend on the receiving payment provider.
• zb77 does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full.
• zb77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of significant amounts.

§ 08 Bonuses & Promotions

zb77 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all zb77 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the individual promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to real-money balance and bonus balance combined unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to a standard 20x wagering requirement unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a zb77 account at any given time, unless a specific promotion expressly permits otherwise.
• zb77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where abuse of promotional terms is identified.
• All promotions have a validity period. Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions that expire within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any accumulated bonus-derived winnings.

§ 09 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game plays placed on the zb77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and crash titles each carry their own rules made available within the relevant game or market interface.

For sports betting including cricket (PSL, international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and UFC markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player and accepted by the system.
• In-play bets are subject to live odds that may differ significantly from pre-match odds.
• zb77 reserves the right to void bets where events are abandoned, results are subject to official review, or where odds were clearly set in error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• Cash-out functionality, where available, allows Players to settle open bets prior to the conclusion of an event at the real-time cash-out value offered by zb77.

For casino and slot games:

• All casino games are supplied by certified third-party studios with independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) software.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are based on long-run statistical performance and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all affected game plays and associated bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

§ 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zb77 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Collusion between two or more Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed.
• Money laundering or use of the Platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering under false identity details.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or security vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing zb77 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Circumventing geographic or account restrictions through the use of VPN, proxy, or other masking technologies.

§ 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the zb77 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, data, text, graphics, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of zb77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of zb77.

§ 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gambling winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

• zb77's total liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the preceding thirty (30) days.
• zb77 is not responsible for the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.
• zb77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to Force Majeure events.
• Gambling involves risk of financial loss. zb77 does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal platform use.

§ 13 Responsible Gaming

zb77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We recognise that gambling, if not conducted responsibly, can cause harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into their zb77 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications alerting Players to the duration of their active session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of net wins and losses over the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary break from play may be taken without initiating formal self-exclusion.

§ 14 Suspension & Termination

zb77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account with or without prior notice where:

• There is a reasonable belief that the Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform is considered by zb77 to represent a potential regulatory or reputational risk.
• The Player is found to be under the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

Upon termination of an account for cause, any remaining real-money balance — after deduction of any bonus funds and investigation of pending disputes — will be returned to the Player's registered payment method at zb77's reasonable discretion, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

Players may request voluntary closure of their zb77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, and any positive real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method.

§ 15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zb77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the zb77 internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, the seat of which shall be determined by zb77's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.

§ 16 Amendments to These Terms

zb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, zb77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact details held on the account — which may include an SMS notification to the registered Pakistani mobile number, an in-platform notification upon next login, or a notice displayed on the zb77 website.

Continued use of the zb77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.
